Web Based Forms: If you elect to access a white paper, data sheet or case study using a web form, we will use the information you provide to measure interest, to develop our web pages, and customize the content you view on your web visits based on your activity on past visits.

Our site and the services available through nScaled are not intended for children under the age of 13. nScaled does not knowingly or specifically collect information about children under the age of 13.

Security/ Encryption
The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
Verification
nScaled utilizes the self-assessment approach to assure its compliance with its Privacy Policy. nScaled regularly verifies that the Privacy Policy is accurate, comprehensive, prominently displayed, completely implemented and in conformity with the Safe Harbor Principles and conducts its self-assessment on an annual basis to ensure that all relevant privacy practices are being followed. Appropriate employee training is in place and internal procedures for periodically conducting objective reviews of compliance are in place.
Changes in this Privacy Policy
nScaled will amend this policy from time to time. An updated version of the terms of use will always be available for you to review online and we will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of personal information collected in the past without your prior consent. Checking the Privacy Policy periodically will keep you appraised of any and all modifications made.
